Want to cool off on a warm day, but wanting a break from the lakes. Vernon has some excellent water slides in the area, as well as ice cream shops.
There are 25 golf courses within an hour drive of Parker Cove. The quality and variety of golf courses will please all. The Spallumcheen Golf & Country Club is only 20 minutes away. Bring your clubs.
The Okanagan Valley has over 200 Vineyards, and 120 Wineries. Parker Cove is a terrific base to explore these wineries and you can bring a bottle back to enjoy the amazing sunsets at Parker Cove.
If you prefer skiing or snowboarding then you're in luck, Silver Star Mountain Resort and Sovereign Lake Nordic Club are in Vernon. Big White Ski Resort is in Kelowna
