  • We are made aware that disposal contractors have returned and are continuing with yesterday's garbage pick-up.

  • We would also notify, that my phone will not be available and that all items will need to be in email, as notified to the community previously.  I will be unable to attend all of the individual items that have come forward from everyone to my phone. It is strictly for emergency items only. If an emergency occurs, prior to contacting myself, call the required emergency response personnel, such as police or fire, etc.

 

Aug 18, 2026   11:58 am - Services are restored.

  • Water was restored to Parker Cove community yesterday evening, and a community update email had gone out.

  • Septic will now function fully, and we will have pumping work being done in the following days.

  • We remind everyone that we are in Level 3 Water restriction, which can be found here https://www.parkercove.com/outdoor-watering. There will be zero tolerance of breaches for excess water use in outdoor watering. Please ensure you adhere to the restrictions at all times.

  • A BOIL WATER ADVISORY is in effect and will remain in place until our test results come back.

  • Further clean-up continues throughout the week.

  • A Number of residents mentioned they did not receive our emails, and we are showing no undelivered or "bounce-back" errors from the mailing server. We would ask that everyone check to see if our emails are allowed through if in bulk messages, or might be seen as spam.

  • Also, by our mentioning a company name, such as BC-Hydro, apparently some email services see that email as promotional rather than normal. Hopefully adding us to a permitted list of emails will allow you all to receive timely updates for future mailings.
