Emergency Support Services:
If you have evacuated and have not yet registered with Emergency Support Services (ESS), please do so as soon as possible.
Registering with ESS helps ensure you can access available supports and allows emergency officials to better account for those displaced by the wildfire.
People can register for ESS through the BC Services app. Here is the link https://ess.gov.bc.ca
The City of Vernon has established a reception Centre at Kal Tire Place for people who have been displaced: 3445 43rd Ave.
All people displaced due to the Bradley Creek Wildland Fire should report to the reception centre if they have not already

There is also an ESS Reception Centre set up at Westbank Lions Club 2466 Mainstreet, West Kelowna.

Also of note, mail should be held at the main postal branch in Vernon until such a time as the Evacuation Order is lifted.
Residents can go there with ID and obtain or be advised how to obtain their mail at this time.
