Parker Cove

Welcome to Parker Cove. Our community is located in the heart of the beautiful Okanagan Valley. The 600 leased lot development is exceptional in that it has over 2,200 feet of prime beach lakefront on the Okanagan Lake that is for the use of all residents of Parker Cove. Vernon is a 30 minute drive and the Kelowna airport is just an hour away. 

The development started in the late 1980’s initially as retirement/vacation community but has evolved over time with many full time residents. There is no age restriction at Parker Cove. Currently the development has almost 350 homes already built and lots are available for further development.

Approximately 20% of the total development has been set aside as Parks and Recreation areas. Other facilities include a sand volleyball court, children's playground equipment, baseball diamond, limited mooring facilities, boat launch, and horseshoe pits.

Services to the lots include water provided from an on-site system, communal septic tanks, and evaporation fields, underground electrical service, cable TV, telephone, and paved roads. The fire hydrants are strategically located throughout the development with a Fire Department located within 8 kms. A security camera system monitors the entrance to the development.
